Art. 102 of the Law 3/2014: The consumer and user will have the right to desist ofthe contract during a period of 14 natural days without having to give a reason, except in the following exceptions anticipated in the article 103:
c) The supply of goods composed in agreement to the consumer’s specifications and user or clearly customized.
e) The supply of sealed goods, which are not suitable to be returned due to health or hygienic protection and that have been unsealed after the delivery.
To request that exchange guarantee:
A) You must get in contact with us sending an email to email@example.com to receive instructions and a return address
nearest to your residence.
B) The product will be inspected by our specialists. If it is used, sent without its original full labelling, without it’s original packaging or if it is damaged it will be sent back and an exchange will not be issued.
C) All the expenses derived from this operation will be on account of the client. If the exchange is rejected for the reasons above described, the client will also have to pay return charges.
REFUND OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For Batiskafo the quality is essential. We thoroughly check all our products in real conditions to make sure they are completely capable of withstanding the use they have been design for. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
If a product is defective, get in touch with us to receive instructions for the refundsending an email to our Attention to Customer Service:
The Quality Control Department will inspect the returned products, if the damage is consequence of manufacturing or if the product does not achieve production specifications the cost of the product will be reimbursed. We compromise to refund the total cost of the defective products.
You will only have to pay the depreciation of the value of the goods if the depreciation of the value is due to an incorrect manipulation on your part while you determine the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
If the problem is not related to the quality of the material, or the assembly process, we will return you the original product.
We do not refund products:
1. If they have not been obtained through www.batiskafoartesania.com
2. If they have been damaged due to an improper use or negligence (exposure to chemical products, caustic substances, open flame source, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.)
3. If they have been damaged due to an incorrect use or different use to the intended purpose.
The useful life of any Batiskafo product depends on the particular use that you give it, the conditions of use and the characteristic wearing patterns of the user.
Damaged products by the use and normal wear or that has exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be substituted.
The return of damaged or defective products will be borne by Batiskafo as long as the expenses are reasonable and as far as the returns are according to the section 5.10. The returns not according to the section 5.10 will be at your own risk. The products must be returned whole and unused, including their original packaging and labelling.
Batiskafo is unable to control the amount of time that the acceptance of your return will take, although once received we will process it as soon as possible. We will reimburse the cost of the goods. The reimbursements will be performed using the same payment method that the original payment was made.
