I want a stained glass jewellery box that looks the same as another one already sold. Can you make it?

The stained glass jewellery boxes and the stained glasses in general can be very similar but not exact even if the design is the same. The material is artisan glass, it has patterns that are created randomly, hue of colours may vary significantly in the same glass sheet from one side to the other. Similarly agate slices on the lids are part of a natural stone and that also does not repeat itself.

Will you send me the same Aumentojo (Enlargeye) that I see in the photo?

Same as the jewellery boxes, “Aumentojo” are artisan-made glass (read previous answer), it won’t be the same as in the photo, but it will be made with the same glass and in case that it has any substantial variation, we will send you a photo to confirm your purchase before sending it, refunding the payment in case you don’t agree.

What is the costume jewellery made of? Can it give allergies?

Earrings are made of glass beads or gems and the clasp is made of nickel-free brass so they don’t give allergy.

Do you gift-wrap?

Yes, you just have to add a note on the order so evidence remains.

When will my order be sent?

The order takes from one to three days to go out of the shop, once picked up by the messenger we will send you a tracking code so you can control its arrival, normally it is 24h from pick up.

May I change or return what I have bought?

We do not accept returns except for a defect or error in the sent product. We accept exchanges, but we do not cover the expenses to send and return the product.

I have seen something on your shop but I can’t see it on the web, how may I buy it?

Contact us describing the product if we don’t have it yet we will send you a photo to confirm it is what you saw, plus the price of the product and the purchase procedure.

If the product arrives broken, what happens?

You have to send us a photo of the damaged parcel at batiskafoartesania@gmail.com before 24h, so we can have time to contact the delivery company.
